Infrastructure: space layout, cleaniness, safety and security, etc.Take a photo of your family with the branding/logo of the establishment in it and submit a short write-up of no more than 50 words describing why you like the ‘We Welcome Families’ establishment.
Service: greeting and send-off, attitude, extra assistance, etc.
Strategy: discounts and promotions, marketing, etc.
